The Skylark Mobile App can be used to review assets, such as turbines, and view their restrictions at glance. You can also use the App to identify assets and work orders that have been locked because of restrictions. To check if the asset you need to work on is under any current restrictions you will need to login to the Skylark Mobile App and find the asset's site.
Note that if you try to take control of a work order, assigned to an asset, you will be asked to review and acknowledge any restriction in place against that asset.
When you login to the Skylark Mobile App you will see a list of sites that you can access. If you don’t see the sites you will see a list of options and the top one will be a sites button. Press this button to see the list of sites.
From the list select the site that you want to work on, if you have access to many sites you may need to scroll to find the site you are looking for. When you select a site the details will be displayed in the App, the detail will include a list of assets on that site. There may be many assets on a site and you may need to scroll down to find the one you are looking for.
If there is a restriction on the asset it will be clearly visible:
If an asset has more than one restriction they will all be displayed:
If the asset is locked because of restriction there will be a red padlock icon on the asset:
You can click into the asset to view more details, include any site restriction than may also apply and a list of current Work Orders. The asset restriction will be listed first, followed by any site restriction:
If you click into an asset that has been locked because of a restriction the red padlock will be visible on the asset and all current Work Orders will be marked as locked:
You will not be able to take control or complete a Work Order for an asset that is locked, until the lock or the restriction is lifted by the Site Owner / Manager or Site Supervisor.
