Checking out/Closing work order

App users have three choices when it comes to leaving a WO. They can close, suspend or surrender a WO.

1. Close - This option closes the WO.
2. Suspend - This option suspends the work order. The work order can be taken up again at a later date by any other competent person in a team. Isolations have been removed and the turbine may be back in operation. *
3. Surrender - This option surrenders the work order. The work order can only be taken up again by the person who surrendered it as part of a team. Isolations are still in place and the turbine is not back in operation. As above, in the event that the team cannot return for any reason such as sickness for example, then a change of control process can be conducted through Skylark to allow another competent person as part of a team to resume the work.

* Please ensure to only use Surrender on occasions when you are sure that you will be picking up the work order and not when you have finished the job.
