You can call site contacts directly from the Skylark mobile App. First log onto the App and you will see a list of sites that you can access. If you have access to many sites you may need to scroll to find the site you are looking for. If you don’t see the sites you will see a list of options and the top one will be a sites button. Press this button to see the list of sites.
When you find the Site that you want to contact select it from the list and Site details will be displayed. At the bottom of this screen there is a blue circle with the 3 white lines:
Press the blue circle and you will be offered a menu of options. If the Site Owner has provided a contact number for the site you will see an option to contact the site. Press the 2nd item on the list; Contact Site
If you do not see the Contact Site option you will need to contact your supervisor or if there is an incident that needs urgent attention you can use the Incident and Emergency function in the Skylark App
If this is the first time you have used Skylark to contact a site you may need to give permission to make the call by selecting, Allow (Skylark to make and manage phone calls?). You will only need to do this once.
Once you have given permission the Skylark app will be able to take you to your phone dialer with the Site Contact phone number ready to go. Please note that Skylark will not automatically dial the number, you will have to press the call button.
