How do I view site documentation on the Skylark Mobile App?

You can use the Skylark Mobile App to find and access site documentation directly on your phone. Before you arrive on site, or while you are on site, you can access site documentation for health and safety, site procedures, site notices, emergency procedures, and more.

When you login to the Skylark Mobile App you will see a list of sites that you can access. If you don’t see the sites you will see a list of options and the top one will be a sites button. Press this button to see the list of sites.

From the list select the site that you want to work on, if you have access to many sites you may need to scroll to find the site you are looking for. To view a site's details, select it from the list. At the bottom of the site details screen there is a  blue circle with the 3 white lines:

Press the blue circle and you will be offered a menu of options, including a link to site Documentation and Forms. 

Press this link and you can choose between Documents or Forms. If there are documents linked to the site a number will appear beside the menu option. 

To view the site documents press the View Site Documents option.

You can scroll down the list of available documents for the site or search for a specific document using the filter option at the top of the screen. When you have found the document that you are looking for select it from the list to download a copy to view on your phone.

If you haven't viewed documents on your phone before you may have to select an App to view the document, usually from a list, the example below is from an Android phone.

In this example, created on an Android phone, a site environmental policy has been added to the site as a PDF file and the phone is offering a list possible apps to view the content, the first suggested app is the built in Google Drive app. In most cases the first option is the best one to pick.
