You can use the Skylark Mobile App to find and complete site forms directly on your phone. Site forms can be completed from the Site screen, when checked in on a Site Session, or a Work Order Sessions, and even before you arrive on site. Site forms can be for health and safety, site procedures, site observations, site check-off, and more.
When you login to the Skylark Mobile App you will see a list of sites that you can access. If you don’t see the sites you will see a list of options and the top one will be a sites button. Press this button to see the list of sites.
From the list select the site that you want to work on, if you have access to many sites you may need to scroll to find the site you are looking for. To view a site's details, select it from the list. At the bottom of the site details screen there is a blue circle with the 3 white lines:
Press the blue circle and you will be offered a menu of options, including a link to site Documentation and Forms.
Press this link and you can choose between Documents or Forms. If there are forms available for the site you can view them by clicking on the Fill out a Site Form option.
A site can have more than one form available and selection the Fill out a Site Form option will show a list of the Forms:
Select the form that you want to complete and you will be able to complete the form in the Skylark Mobile App. Fill in the form details and make sure that any sections with a red * are completed, then use the Submit button to save the form.
