If you have experience the following error when attempting to log into your account via the app this is due to a newly implemented security feature by your device's Operating System.
This error appears when biometrics have not been enabled for example a pin, fingerprint, face id or passcode.
To resolve this:
- Implement one of the above chosen methods to access your device this within your settings.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
The issue should now be resolved allowing you to log into your Skylark account.
