How do I resolve the white screen issue while using the Skylark app

This problem seems to occur with IOS and in cases when the network connection on the device is of poor quality.

If this happens during a session, close down the app and reopen (in a stable connection area) to ensure that it boots up fresh with enough data to get through to the Skylark servers.
 
If you are unable to get to the app due to the white screen; carry out a force restart (which is the most common fix in order to reestablish the device's interaction with the app) without deleting data.
 
Step are:
 
  1. Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
  3. Press and hold the Side (Power) button until the Apple logo appears (keep holding past the black screen).
