How do I check-off at the end of the day?

When you use the Skylark Mobile App to check-on to a Site or to take control and complete a Work Order you will always need to check-off Site at the end of the day. When you close a Work Order you will also be offered the option to check off Site at the same time.

Site Session Check Off

When you are Check onto a Site the Skylark Mobile App will display the Site Session screen, with a timer at the top and menu button, a blue circle at the bottom. You can use the menu button to check off the site at any time.

Select the menu button to see your options:

Select Check off Site and you will be asked to confirm:

When you confirm that you want to check off site you can also choose to add new Site restrictions or you can just check off site.

The last step is to add a note for your site session, this can’t be skipped, a short note on the work carried out on site or any additional information about the site visit would be appropriate. 

Add a note and select Continue - you are now checked off site.

Work Order Check Off

If you have taken control of a Work Order the Skylark Mobile App will display the Work Order Session screen, with a timer at the top and a blue circle menu button at the bottom.

Select the Blue menu button to Close the Work Order and check-off site. Take a look at our guide to Closing working orders to more options. 

When you select Close Work Order you will be asked to Confirm that you want to Close the Work Order:

You will also be given the option to stay on site, but by default you will also be Checked Off Site when you close a Work Order. Select Confirm to Close the Work Order and Check Off Site.
