How do I find my Work Orders?

The Skylark mobile App lets you find Sites, and Work Orders for those sites, directly on your phone. If you have access to a Site, and you have completed any mandatory induction, and are certified for the work, you will be able to take control of approved Work Orders directly on the Skylark App.

First login to the App and you will see a list of sites that you can access. If you don’t see the sites you will see a list of options and the top one will be a sites button. Press this button to see the list of sites.

From the list select the Site that you want to work on, if you have access to many sites you may need to scroll to find the site you are looking for.

When you select a Site the details will be displayed in the App and will include a list of Site Assets at the bottom of the page. If there are many Assets on Site you may need to scroll down.

If a Site Asset has a Work Order there will be a red number indicating that there is work to be done.

If the Asset is locked out, because someone else has taken control of the Work Order there will be a red padlock beside the Asset description.

If the Asset has Work available and is not lock out it will have a green padlock beside the description

Select an Asset from the list to view the Asset details. If there are any Work Orders associated with it they will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. You may need to scroll down to see all available Work Orders

Work that you are qualified and authorised to complete will have green highlight and will not have any red or amber warnings. You can select these work orders to take control of the asset and complete the work.

If there is a reason why you cannot take control of a Work Order it will be highlighted in red.
