If a Site Owner/Supervisor or Manager has invited you to join Skylark, and access one or more sites managed on the Skylark Platform, they will have provided your email address and we will have sent you an invitation by email. This email will explain what to do next.

To complete your registration click on the link provided in the email: Complete Registration. You will be taken to the Skylark Welcome page on the Skylark Web Portal.
You will need to provide a password that you will use to access the Skylark platform. There are some simple rules in place to make sure that your password is hard to guess and hard to crack. We know that this can be frustrating.
When you have provided a password, hit save and you will be fully registered on the Skylark Platform. The Skylark Web Portal will now show you a list of Sites that you have been given access to.

Alternatively, go to your phone’s App Store and search for “Skylark Control”. Look for the Skylark Control app published by Skylark Control:
Follow your phone instructions and when installed launch the Skylark App. To login use the email address and password used for your Registration.
