How do I reset my Skylark password?

If you are having trouble remembering your password, don't worry you have 10 attempts before your account is locked, but it is easy to reset your password on the Skylark App and the Skylark Web Portal, the process is the same. On the Skylark App login screen and on the Skylark Portal login screen there is a link that will enable you to “Reset your password”. Don't worry if you do get locked out, contact our help desk and will quickly get you back up and running.

Click on the link and a reset password form will appear, asking for your email address. If you know your Skylark username you can use this as an alternative to the email.  

You should enter the email address used when you registered with Skylark. If you are not sure what email was used please check with the person who invited you to register with Skylark.  

When you have entered your email address click Confirm or Submit and we will send you an with instructions on what to do next.

To complete the password reset process click on the link provided in the email: Complete Password Reset. You will be taken to the Skylark Reset Password page on the Skylark Web Portal. You can reset your Skylark Mobile App password on the Skylark Web Portal.

You will need to provide a new password that you will use to access the Skylark platform on the Skylark Web Portal or on the Skylark Mobile App. There are some simple rules in place to make sure that your password is hard to guess and hard to crack. We know that this can be frustrating. 

When you have provided a password, hit confirm and your Skylark password will be reset and the Skylark Web Portal Login page will be displayed. You can now login to Skylark on the both Web Portal and the Skylark Mobile App using your new password.
