If a Site Owner/Supervisor or Manager has invited you to join Skylark, and access one or more sites managed on the Skylark Platform, they will have provided your email address and we will have sent you an invitation by email. This email will explain what to do next.
This is what the email will look like:
Open your email and check your inbox for new mail with the subject: Skylark Control - Complete Registration.
If you can’t see the mail in your inbox check for it in your junk/spam folder or use your email search to find any emails from ‘Skylark’.
Gmail
For example, if you use Gmail, select the three lines in the search field of your Gmail inbox.
Scroll to the bottom of the email folders and select Spam, you may have to select "more" to see the spam folder
To search all folders in Gmail, enter ‘Skylark’ into the search box:
Outlook / Hotmail
If you use Outlook or Hotmail, you may need to select the three horizontal lines at the top right of the inbox to see your junk Email folder. Select the Junk Email folder
To check all folders, enter ‘Skylark’ into the search box
The search process should be very similar for all other email service providers.
If you are still unable to locate the email, please contact the Site Owner or Manager to ensure you have been invited. Make sure that the details they provided to Skylark are correct, especially your Email address which will be essential to complete registration on Skylark:
- Full Name
- Company you work for
- Email address
- Mobile number
