How do I carry out a hard refresh

The following device specific steps will enable a hard refresh:

? Windows/Linux:

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
  • Edge: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
  • Opera: Ctrl + Shift + R

? Mac:

  • Chrome: Cmd + Shift + R
  • Firefox: Cmd + Shift + R
  • Safari: Cmd + Option + R
  • Edge: Cmd + Shift + R
  • Opera: Cmd + Shift + R

? Mobile Browsers:

  • Chrome (Android & iOS):
    • Open Developer Tools (F12 on desktop) → Network Tab → Right-click Refresh Button → Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
    • On mobile, clear cache manually in settings.
  • Safari (iOS):
    • Go to SettingsSafariClear History and Website Data
    • Or, open Safari Developer Tools on Mac (Option + Cmd + C when connected to the iPhone).
  • Firefox (Android & iOS):
    • Open Menu (☰)HistoryClear Recent History
